The DBM team recently embarked upon an anatomy and physiology training program for the traditional healers servicing the people living in the villages where our clinics are hosted.

This is a dynamic training program including the training of anatomy and physiology of the human body as well as the illnesses (both chronic and dreaded) associated to specific areas within the human body and the treatment thereof with traditional and natural medicines as well as good nutrition.

There are a few basic requirements we need to effectively continue to facilitate this training program:

• Ipad
• LG PB62G Projector
• Printing of course material (monthly)
• Anatomy charts
• Anatomy manikins
• Skeletal and organ models
• Accommodation and catering for trainer (monthly)
• Travel costs for trainer (monthly)
• Transport costs for Sangoma’s (monthly)
